About Aqua First Plumbing

Two brothers who turned years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry into a family-run business built on trust, quality, and honest service. After spending many years working for other companies, they came together to combine their knowledge, skills, and passion for the trade to create a company that puts customers first.

In 2021, Huss and Richy started Aqua First Plumbing. The idea was simple: build a plumbing business that treats people the way they deserve to be treated. Show up on time, explain the problem in plain language, quote the job honestly, and do quality work that lasts.

Today, Aqua First is a small team dedicated to that same principle. Huss and Richy handle every job personally, with an apprentice they are training to the same standard. Every customer deals directly with the people doing the work, not a call centre.

Based in Castle Hill and serving the Hills District, Ryde, and North Shore, the team handles everything from emergency callouts at 2am to planned bathroom renovations. The approach is always the same: turn up on time, explain the problem in plain language, quote upfront, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

Some plumbing companies try to grow as fast as possible, hiring contractors and subcontractors to handle volume. That is fine for them, but it is not how we work.

We stay small because it means every job gets personal attention from a licenced plumber who cares about the result. When you call Aqua First, you speak to someone who knows what they are doing and will tell you straight what needs fixing and what does not.

Being a small team means we can not be everywhere at once. But for the customers we do serve, Huss and Richy deliver a level of care and quality that larger outfits simply cannot match. Every pipe we fix, every system we install, and every emergency we respond to gets our full attention.
